What to expect
Assessment
To start, we'll work together to determine which of our reusable products best suits your needs.
Onboarding
We’ll come to get you set up and provide you with reusables, return bins, signage, and simple employee engagement tips to make the transition smooth and easy.
Reusables
We manage the weekly pick-up of reusable containers from your store to have them washed, sanitized, and ready for reuse at our food-safe, Vancouver Coastal Health-approved washing facility.
Ongoing Support
With an account manager dedicated to your store, we can assure you get the best support throughout the program. Contact us anytime with questions, ideas, or concerns; we promise to help in any way we can.
